練英文─使用bluehost客服

<p>發佈的第一篇CSM學習文其實是第二篇。在第一篇完成，按下發佈時，畫面出現了「無法發佈，我的網站可能是離線狀態」的訊息。</p>

<p>我儲存了草稿，回到WP的編輯介面，發現動不了了。查查google，說可能是我的網址打錯，要改成https,<br>我照做了， 但要按下送出的時候，出現這個畫面</p>

<p>我回到bluehost看看怎麼解，它要看erro log，但從文字中仍然看不太懂要翻哪裡。乾脆打開了客服。</p>

<p>一開始是機器人，顯然無法解決我的問題，大概5分鐘後切到了真人。他要我輸入PIN碼，確認是本人後，我陳述了我遇到的問題。他要我等候3-5分鐘，接著我的LINE視窗跳出來，我和朋友聊了會，大概五分鐘吧。我想起了bluehost的客服，切回視窗。他說沒等到我的回覆，所以他離開了，並要我評價他的服務。</p>
